 I went for a walk at around 10pm, as i got closer to home, i was walking past a residential river type drain that runs down next to a touch field which is apart of a large showground area. as i was about 5mins from home i looked at my cell phone to check the time. as i looked up in the sky twice the height above the large touch field lights which were off, a small red dot which was about the size of a star seemed to catch my attention. as i stared at it the dot seemed to get bigger a brighter it got several times the size, but stayed in the same spot. as i realized what i was seeing i began to run towards the well lit street which intersected with the part i was walking on, as i was doing this i tryed to take a photo on my phone but nothing was captured. as i was running the light had dissappered when i go to the road there was nothing left in the amidieate area.
